We do not control the hotspots mentioned in our guides. We cannot collect or refund their payments, issue vouchers, add internet time, recover balances, or guarantee their connection quality. Contact the relevant operator for those services.
10.0.0.1 is a private network address used by some devices. A link to that address does not guarantee that a portal exists on your connection. Example credentials are not universal. Use management features only on equipment you own or are authorized to administer.
Network changes can disconnect devices, and factory resets can erase configuration. Read the manufacturer’s instructions and contact the equipment owner before making changes. Customers should not reset shared hotspot equipment.
